- 300g walnut
- 200g shrimp
- 1 talespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cooking wine
- 1 teaspoon pepper powder
- 1 egg
Peel and devein shrimp, then wash and drain them on paper towels.
Combine shrimp with cooking wine,pepper powder,egg,mix well,marinate for 10 minutes.
Clean walnuts and pat dry.
Put the walnuts into the oven and bake at 350 degrees until cooked throughly.
Remove the walnuts from the oven and let cool for 7 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan,saute crushed ginger until fragrant.
Add in the shrimp.
