- Chicken breasts 350g
- Tomato 150g
- oil,salt,cooking wine,light soy sauce,starch,oyster sauce,sugar,Chinese green onion,ginger
Clean the chicken breasts.
Cut the chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes.Toss chicken breasts with oyster sauce,salt,cooking wine,light soy sauce,starch mixture and marinade for at least 15 minutes.
Clean tomatos and cut tomatos into chunks.
Heat oil in a pan,add chicken breasts.Cook chicken for about 6 minutes or until no longer pink.Set aside.
Add tomato,green onion and ginger to pan; sauté 2 minutes or until fragrant.
Add chicken to the pan,stir-fry until chicken desired doneness.
Served with steamed rice.
