Szechuan Spicy Chicken is a simple recipe for Szechuan-style chicken with Spicy red pepper.Most of the
spice comes from dried chili peppers.It is easy to cook. This authentic Chinese

- chicken breast 150g
- peanut 100g
- spicy red pepper
- zanthoxylum,salt,cook wine,starch,aginomoto
Wash the chicken breast.
Cut the chicken breast into 1-inch cubes.
Marinade chicken breast with salt,cook wine,starch for at least 30 minutes.
Cut the red pepper.
Prepare the Zanthoxylum.
Heat the pan with oil.
Fry the peanut.
Add marinaded chicken, stir-fry it for 8 to 10 minutes until the chicken turn white,set aside.
Fry the red pepper and Zanthoxylum.
Add chichen ,stir-fry for a moment ,add salt.
