Shrimp and carrot Stir Fry is perfect for a light family meal.Now I will show you a easy way to make it.
- 300g carrot
- 100g dried shrimp
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon oil
- red pepper
- 1 tablespoon cooking wine
Soak dried shrimp in water.
Cut red pepper and scallion into 1-inch length.
Cut carrot into 1/4 inch thick.
Place carrot into a big bowl,add 1 tablespoon salt,marinate for 10 minutes.
Discard the water from bowl.
Rinse the carrot and pat dry.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat,add scallion and red pepper,saute until fragrant.
Add cooking wine.
Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes,add chicken powder and serve hot.
