Shacha sauce , or paste is a Chinese condiment primarily used in Fujian,
Teochew, and Taiwanese cuisines. It is made from soybean oil, garlic,shallots, chilis, brill fish, and dried shrimp. It has a savory and slightly spicy taste.Sha cha beef (Chinese: 沙茶牛肉; also called sa cha beef, cha beef, or cha beefsteak) is the name of a Chinese dish featuring shacha sauce and tenderized beef strips.


  • 250g beef sirloin
  • sha cha sauce(Chinese BBQ sauce)
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • olive oil
  • Broccoli
  • Sesame oil


Step 1

Cut beef into 1 inch strips

Step 2

In a large skillet heat olive oil over medium heat,Stir-fry beef. Add some Soy sauce.

Step 3

Add Shacha sauce and sesame.

Step 4

Broccoli boiled water,add Salt and Sesame oil.
