Sesame chicken (also called Chinese sesame seed chicken) is a old Chinese Recipe.To make it even does not take a long time. And it is very simple.
- 1 whole boneless skinless chicken breasts halves
- 1 Tablespoon soy sauce.
- 4 Tablespoons water
- 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1/4 cup honey.
- 1 egg white
- 2 Tablespoons cornstarch
- green onions
Cut the chicken into 1-inch cubes with salt & pepper.
In a large skillet heat olive oil over medium heat.
Mix together soy sauce, water, honey,sesame seeds, garlic clove,ginger,egg white,cornstarch.
Add the chicken to the skillet ,Cook about 3 minutes until chicken is golden brown and cooked through
Then add the sauce, chopped green onions and broccoli
Serve the Sesame Chicken with rice.It is very easy.
