simple to prepare.If you’ve purchased frozen shrimp for use in this recipe,
rinse the shrimp under cold running water until they have thawed. Be sure to
drain the prawns thoroughly.


  • prawns 300g
  • cooking wine,ginger,Garlic,sugar, salt.vinegar,Ketchup,green onion


Step 1

Wash the prawns.

With scissors cut at the back of the shrimp and single shrimp intestinal out.
