rinse the shrimp under cold running water until they have thawed. Be sure to
drain the prawns thoroughly.
- prawns 300g
- cooking wine,ginger,Garlic,sugar, salt.vinegar,Ketchup,green onion
Wash the prawns.
With scissors cut at the back of the shrimp and single shrimp intestinal out.
Add cooking wine and ginger.
Marinade for at least 30 minutes
Heat oil in a pan.
Over medium-high heat and add prawns.
Cook until the shells turn bright red,turning occasionally.
Add sugar and salt.
Stir-fry and add green onion.
