Hot and sour soup is a Chinese soup claimed variously by the regional cuisines
of Beijing and Sichuan as a regional dish.It is a popular soup served at
Chinese restaurants. Classic Chinese hot and sour soup, with Chinese
mushrooms, bamboo shoots, chicken broth, vinegar, tofu, blood tofu
(In China, blood tofu is most often made with pig’s or duck’s blood.You can
easily buy some at your local Asian market).
This soup is usually considered a healthy option at most Chinese
establishments and, other than being high in sodium, is a very healthy soup

- Tofu 200g
- Blood tofu 100g
- Mushrooms 80g
- bamboo shoots 50g
- egg 1
- parsley 15g
- Soy source 0.5 teaspoon
- cooking wine 0.5 teaspoon
- vinegar 1 tablespoon
- salt 0.5 teaspoon,chicken powdar 0.5 teaspoon,white chili powder 0.5 teaspoon
Prepare the ingredients.
Cuan mushrooms and bamboo shoots silk.
Add salt,boil water and cuan tofu and blood tofu for a minute.
Mix the vinegars,white chili powder and soy sauce together and set aside.
Boil the tofu and blood tofu,add soy sauce,mushrooms and bamboo shoots silk.
Add cooking wine,salt,chicken powdar.
Pour the soup in to the soup pot and stir.
Add a little parsley, Serve immediately.
