- beef 400g
- 6 crystal sugar
- 2 bay leaves
- parsley,salt,oyster sauce,ginger,star anise,cooking wine
Cut the chicken into cubes.
Blanch beef in boiling water and set aside.
Heat oil and add crystal sugar.
Cook over very low heat and stir until sugar dissolves. Add beef and cookit until it's browned and tender.
Add ginger, bay leaves, star anise.
Add cooking wine,stir-fry until fragrant.
Add Oyster Sauce and stir-fry and add two bowl of hot water.
Boil the water.Add parsley,salt and reduce heat to low and cover and cook for 90 minutes.
